The FAN CLUB
On March 2004 Kamenitza Fan club opened basic communication channel for its fans- www.kamenitzafanclub.com. The aim was to provide information about football events, facilitate the communication between fans in the forum and the give the possibility for on-line registration in the club.
THE CHALLENGE
Coming on closer to EURO 2004 the fan club administration had to choose a suitable software. It should be flexible and dynamic enough to support the information update on time.
THE SOLUTION
Kamenitza Fan club uses FACE CONTROL (CMS-Content Management System), a product of Elido for supporting its web site. The system offered fast and flexible solution to maintain and update the content of the web. In less than 15 days! The web design was completely renewed but in the same time the already existing information was kept. In the new design complementary elements have been implemented to meet the needs of the club.

On line games | The system for multieditors’ entry of FACE CONTROL allowed easy and fast day-to-day update of the site. These advantages showed up the most during EURO 2004 when filling the web site with fresh information was crucial. The redactors had made the night info updates from their personal computers in home.The system for editors’ entry, match results, photos and other information is implemented in the site by means of the multi-user info entry of FACE CONTROL. It allowed to unlimited number of redactors, no matter of their workplace (even out of the office!) to refresh the web site.

FACE CONTROL can integrate audio (MP3 etc.) and video files (AVI, .JPEG etc.) with different formats. More than 400 000 showings of the ad content with considerable click rate were achieved, owing to the precise accomplishment of the media planning of the web content (FANcup’04, EURO2004) and of the ad banners on time and per info sections. The second visit rate achieved 62,3% (measured on basis: second visit in 3 days)

Forum with word replacing system | Entry form creator –(where the built date base of FACE CONTROL is used) for making gambling games (Win a box of beer cans!)
- Poll generator – used for creating the info section- VOTE!, for fans’ inquiry
- Word–replacing system– for the forum (later on the forum was split into 3 different forums) . Some of the “specific fan words” are automatically replaced by *******. This allows to maintain high enough the level of fans’ conversations
- Mail list Generator- info bulletin with subscribe/unsubscribe options(the system FACE CONTROL supports unlimited number of mail-lists). This software’s element provided considerable results by generating 25% second visit.

The Radical U.F.O. scheme
