THE PROJECT
The project managers wanted to create a web page, dedicated to Heydar Aliyev's heritage. The idea was to present his art in many various languages and all collected in virtual library.
THE SOLUTION
Creation of a multilingual web page with FACE CONTROL, with possibilities of predefining different indexes (e.g. time index, subject index). The system allows the support of unlimited number of languages. Non-technical redactors make the content entry. In total 35 translators and editors were trained in 15 days to work with the system support and integrate content of the web. Professional translators with standard computer skills of basic software can entry the Aliyev's art directly in the site.
The main particularity in this case is that the web structure created with the system FACE CONTROL allows including new languages and in the same time on content level it is NOT necessary working in parallel. e.g. different info sections in different languages can be filled in INDEPENDENTLY one from another.
Another peculiarity of FACE CONTROL - CMS is that the system is pre-configured (NO NEED to be configured by the web master) and this allows to a team of 35 people to work simultaneously and independently one from another.
To support the web page with FACE CONTROL, hiring of only 2 technical persons was needed. They worked on the web site architecture.
MORE THAN 27 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES
Till now, FACE CONTROL supports the web site with more than 27 different languages. Some of them are: Azerbaijani, Indonesian, Arabic, Bulgarian, Turkish, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Urdu, Russian, Persian, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Czech, English, Spanish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew.
THE RESULTS
The case www.aliyevheritage.org , is an example of how the system FACE CONTROL provided a solution for only 1 month (the solution includes- creation of a web page, web design, system installation, team building and training of 35 people to work with FACE CONTROL).
After one month of training this same team succeeded to develop 11 more web pages.
