The American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria is a fast growing organization with more than 200 members- national and multinational companies from different business areas: Agriculture, Chemical, Construction Real Estate, Consumer Goods, Couriers, Educational, High-tech, Human Resource, Industrial Equipment and Energy, Law, Logistics, Marketing and Advertising, Non-profit, IT Services, Pharmaceutical and Medical, Services, Travel etc.
The challenge
Our client www.amcham.bg came to us with the following requirements of the project:
- Consistency of the new corporate design with the worldwide Am Cham image
- Solution for easy information updates
- Generate visits on a regular basis (e.g. repeated site visits and a relatively stable click rate).
- Clear positioning as an influential business media
- Facilitated communication among the members, with other business organizations and government officials.
- Establishing an independent (from IT specialists) process of creation and distribution of information on the web site.
The solution
Am Cham Bulgaria chose FACE CONTROL- Content Management System for their site management. 1. Improved logo and site design/layout: The requirements were that the change would only improve the graphical decision without changing the creative idea of the old logo.

- Easy to change sections dependent key words were introduced in order to achieve better performance of AmCham web page in search engines.
Site Development strategy
To find out the unique benefits of AmCham vs other similar organizations we conducted an internal survey.
- Convert AmCham Bulgaria in a source of fresh information for the targeted audience, generated visits on a regular basis.
- Convert the website in main communication tool and influential media for the AmCham members
- Independent from the interference of any IT specialists process of creation and distribution of information of the web site. The AmCham site is supported and updated by the AmCham personnel after 2 weeks of training.
- Integration of the current informational activities (magazine, daily, and creation of press releases) in one informational source using only available up to this moment internal Resources. The chosen approach aimed achieving cost effectiveness and creating of easy-to-use information. Then this information served as a "rocket carrier" for members' news and for the Events Promotion.
We applied the concept "a reason for the second visit ": we put news content and the daily activities in the basis of the visual and structural development of the web site.

An advanced search and smart auto-content related to the visualization utilities were introduced.

Conclusion
The new web site of the American Chamber of Commerce made a considerable progress in the on-line presence of the chamber. The site introduced new benefits for members and added value to the organization membership.
